Refund policy

At Skyfabloom, every outfit is thoughtfully handcrafted to bring you joy and confidence. We take great care in creating each piece and aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for you.


🔁 RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return for store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact

🔄 SIZE EXCHANGE

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging

After successful quality inspection:

  • The requested size will be dispatched

Note:
All shipping costs (return + re-dispatch) must be borne by the customer.


🚫 MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All made-to-order or customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.


🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


📦 DELICATE / FRAGILE ITEMS

Products made from delicate fabrics (such as jacquards, nets, etc.) will be carefully inspected upon return.

  • Skyfabloom reserves the right to accept or decline returns based on product condition
  • We are not responsible for damage during return transit due to improper packaging
  • If approved, we may offer store credit or exchange, based on evaluation

💸 REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances

In case of a genuine defect:

  • A replacement will be provided (subject to availability)
  • If replacement is not possible, store credit equivalent to the purchase value will be issued

Important:

  • Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • After this period, the order will be considered closed, and no claims will be accepted

Store credit will be shared via email or WhatsApp and will remain valid for 3 months.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All international orders are treated as final sale
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international shipments
